Last week I had the pleasure of watching Elliot Symonds, our very own Head of Learning and Development here at Jarrold Training, deliver this moment.  

The participants had enjoyed a highly informative and entertaining presentation exploring the psychological methodology that the profiling uses. From Freud, to Cicero, to medieval times; the power of knowing the process of the system only strengths it’s importance more.

100% you are right, but this fancy system is not your average modern, algorithm tool. The methodology steeps back in psychological history and has been adopted from Carl Jung’s ‘Psychological Types’ that he published back in 1921.   

(Fun fact- Jung actually invented the terms we commonly use of introverted and extroverted!)
