Level 3 ILM Diploma for Managers as part of the Supervisor and team leader Standard at level 3 (38 credits)

The Team Leader Apprenticeship is suitable for individuals who are working in a first line management role, either for those who are new to the role, or for existing staff who wish to re skill or upskill for the future, and take their learning to the next level.

Key responsibilities may include: Supporting, managing and developing team members; Contributing to projects; Planning and monitoring workloads and resources; Collating and interpreting data, Delivering operational plans, Resolving problems, Building relationships internally and externally.

Suitable occupations may include: Supervisor, Team Leader, Trading Manager, Project Officer, Shift Supervisor, Foreperson, Shift Manager

Level 5 ILM Diploma for Leaders and Managers as part of the Operations/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship (50 credits)

The level 5 Operations manager Apprenticeship is Ideal for professionals who manage teams or projects, and are responsible for achieving operational or departmental goals and objectives as part of their organisation’s strategy. This course is for practising middle managers with responsibility for substantial programmes and resources. It develops skills in strategic planning and change, and business process design, alongside core leadership and management abilities.
Responsibilities may include everything from creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading and managing teams, to managing change, financial and resource management, development of strategy and talent management.

Suitable occupations may include: those of Operations Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, Department Manager as well as other specialist managers.
