Contracts are fundamental to business activities. This course will enable those who are either new to a contract management role or who find themselves currently in a contract management position, to hone and develop their skills to manage contracts more effectively.
This course covers the business processes that manage the creation, implementation and estimation of contracts to maximise business performance and minimise risk effectively. After leading the Procurement team of a speciality chemical manufacturer, Beth launched into consultancy to bring good procurement practice and cost reduction methods to more clients. She has spent her career in manufacturing and has led a range of sourcing and cost-savings initiatives as well as capital projects, including the build of a new chemical processing plant from lab to production scale.
