Contract Management

Course overview

Contracts are fundamental to business activities. This course will enable those who are either new to a contract management role or who find themselves currently in a contract management position, to hone and develop their skills to manage contracts more effectively.

This course covers the business processes that manage the creation, implementation and estimation of contracts to maximise business performance and minimise risk effectively. Contract Management training will significantly decrease the amount of time and resources required to manage all your contracts, whether it is a small, medium or large-sized organisation.

This course is delivered by Beth Seager of ABA Procurement, the leading Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Centre of Excellence for East Anglia. ABA provide high level Procurement qualifications across the UK and beyond.

Beth is a skilled sourcing and relationship management professional. After leading the Procurement team of a speciality chemical manufacturer, Beth launched into consultancy to bring good procurement practice and cost reduction methods to more clients. She has spent her career in manufacturing and has led a range of sourcing and cost-savings initiatives as well as capital projects, including the build of a new chemical processing plant from lab to production scale.
