What is a Train the Trainer course?
A Train the Trainer course is a course designed to train people to become Trainers. While there are some Train the Trainer courses to deliver a specific course, i.e. Manual Handling....our Train the Trainer courses are designed to help people understand the fundamentals of being excellent Trainers.
is a Train the Trainer course worth it?
A Train the Trainer course is worth the investment for many businesses as it provides trainers with the skills and ability to run their own successful, engaging and effective training sessions for other employees.
It will help build confidence in trainers whilst also enabling them to pass on the skills they have learnt to other colleagues too.
What is the benefit of attending this course in-person as opposed to online?
As so much of training is still done in the classroom with activities and face to face conversation it is felt necessary to conduct it in a physical environment whenever possible. The skills learnt can be transferred to on-line Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) but could also help people to understand principals for e-learning design as well.
