Office Administrator / Customer Service Assistant

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and capable person to join our growing team in an office administration and customer service role.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Providing support for the Office Manager and the rest of the team
  • Working with the team to ensure our customers have a great experience
  • Dealing with general office and course administration accurately and efficiently including:
    – Reception and hospitality of course delegates
    – Keeping office & training areas tidy
    – Telephone and email enquiries
    – Booking administration
    – Preparing course materials and room set-up
    – Updating the customer database
    – Updating website and social media

Qualified Assessor/IQA    (D32/33,A1/V1)

Management Experience essential

Delivery of Management and Team Leading qualifications experience essential

Understanding of current Ofsted/ESFA/Awarding body requirements essential

Production manufacturing experience desirable but not essential

Teaching or Training Qualifications desirable

Experience of Quality role desirable

Part time role 2-3 days per week to be flexible in supporting the delivery of Management Apprenticeships including Assessment and Quality assurance.
