This course is designed for anyone who has responsibility, or supports other members of the team. Maybe you are already effective but need to know techniques of coaching in order to improve results, motivation and confidence within certain members of your team.
Perhaps you don’t have direct line manager responsibility either, but you are a leader or at least an aspiring one and want to develop your skills and confidence in coaching and helping others.

The course runs from 9:30am through to 4:30pm.
You will learn in a relaxed environment with a small group of people. A specialist tutor will guide and encourage you through all the learning necessary to develop your skills and questions are always welcome.
