Course overview

This workshop is designed to help you understand, think and plan for, how to manage changes within the workplace that smoothly enables transition. 

The thought of change can conjure different things for different people.  

  • Change almost always triggers an emotion and it is initially rarely a positive one. 
  • Change normally means learning to do something differently – this takes time and effort, temporarily inhibiting performance. 
  • Change is something that has to be planned for, worked at and communicated precisely. It’s hard work.

We all have a role to play in ensuring we positively transition change.  It takes time and careful thought and while we can conduct stakeholder mapping and assess a change impact analysis – human nature will play a massive part in the process too.
