Course overview

This is a specific and focused day long course to enable leaders and managers to understand recognised techniques of motivation, all linked to gaining an increase in tangible results.

While some research shows that motivated teams can contribute an extra 33% towards productivity we all know what the outcome is likely to be with someone who is truly demotivated.

This course gives practising or potential first line managers (team leaders or supervisors) a foundation in Leadership and Motivational Skills.

We will share with you diagnostic tools to be able to identify precisely what motivates people in the workplace and move away from conversations that it is all about money and pay.

You’ll develop an understanding of the factors that influence how people behave at work and investigate a range of styles to motivate individuals and monitor performance.
