There are no pre-requisites for the Foundation course . Some evening study during the course will be necessary in order to pass the exams.

Foundation

• The underpinning philosophy and principles of Agile.
• The lifecycle of an Agile project, including alternative configurations.
• The products produced during an Agile project and their purpose.
• The techniques used and their benefits and limitations.
• The roles and responsibilities within an Agile project.

• This course takes 3 days
• Classes begin at 9:30am and end at 5:00pm
• There are 2 hours of homework to be completed each day
• There are 3 hours of pre-course study to be completed before joining the course.

AgilePM Foundation exam - Taken on the last day of the course

• Multiple choice format
• 50 questions per paper
• 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) - 50%
• 40 minutes duration
• Closed book.
