Course overview
Microsoft Teams helps people stay connected whether they’re in the office next door or the other side of the world. It allows teams to call, chat, share and collaborate on content and files with any device. Alongside a web app there are desktop apps for both PC and Mac as well as mobile apps for iOS and Android devices.
Our course is aimed at team members needing to understand the capabilities of Microsoft Teams and how they can best use features of Teams to keep communication efficient and fast.
Teams works as a free application or alongside an Office 365 subscription to gain the full feature list.
