There are no pre-requisites for the Foundation element of this course but delegates must pass the Foundation exam to be eligible to sit the Practitioner exam on day four. Some evening study during the course will be necessary in order to pass the exams.
Course overview
Agile Project Management Foundation & Practitioner (AgilePM®) course empowers, encourages and equips you with an in-depth knowledge of not just the certification, but also how to apply and implement these principles into the life of a project manager on a daily basis.
As the methodology is founded on being responsive to change, the risk of a long-term project failing is significantly reduced and the final solution is more likely to fit the needs of the business and/or customer even if original specification has changed many times in the interim. Close liaison between the project team and the customer or business allows all involved to understand and validate changes to the proposed solution resulting in greater customer satisfaction.
