On ILM Level 5 Leadership course, you will learn:

The ILM Level 5 qualification has been specially designed to give practising or aspiring middle managers a solid foundation in their formal development in this role.
It is a concise qualification aimed at delivering a significant change project as well as developing awareness of self through to implementing change.
ILM Level 5 Units
- 8607-504 - Leading Innovation and Change - 5 credits
- 8607-510 - Managing for Efficiency and Effectiveness - 4 credits
You will be required to complete two assignments. When you pass, you will have gained an ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management. This is a qualification which sits within the Qualification and Curriculum Framework (QCF). Jarrold Training are an awarding centre with the ILM, and you will have direct contact with, and support from, our ILM lead assessor. All assessments are subject to rigorous external evaluation by ILM audits.
All of the content and structure of the course enables you to work towards the achievement of the award, and much of the work will be created as evidence during the course. The essays have a ‘word guide’ of 3,000 to 3,500 words, and there is a deadline date of 3 months after you finish the course. You need to score a minimum of 50% in each section against a measurable criteria. If you are referred after a formal submission, you can submit the essays again after making changes based on feedback. We are absolutely here to help you on your ILM journey.
Upon successfully completing all the assignments, you will be awarded your ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership & Management.
This course is held at our Training Centres. The course duration is six and a half days.
You will learn in a relaxed environment with a small group of people. A specialist tutor will guide and encourage you through all the learning necessary to develop your skills and questions are always welcome.
