This 1 hour Insights Discovery Team Effectiveness webinar has been specifically developed for Directors and Managers who wish to understand and work more effectively with their staff. 

The webinar is being led by Elliot Symonds, who is not only a licensed practitioner in Insights Discovery, but has over 20 years commercial experience in the FMCG and Engineering sectors, working in the UK and US. He also holds a Masters and two postgraduate diplomas in Management and Adult Education.

Insights Discovery is a model for understanding yourself and how you might be perceived. With roots in Jungian psychology, it’s a system trusted by many companies including the NHS, Astra Zeneca, Pret a Manger, Microsoft and Linkedin.
