To register on to this qualification, delegates are required to be 14 years of age or above.
It is also advised that delegates have a minimum of Level 1 in English and Maths or equivalent.
This qualification is assessed by completing 20 multiple-choice questions, within 45 minutes.
To pass this course you will need to achieve a pass mark of 60% (12/20).
On successful completion of the course you will be awarded the Highfield Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Manufacturing (RQF).
This award has been developed and is awarded by Highfield Qualifications and sits on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). The RQF is a qualification framework regulated by Ofqual.
The course runs from 9am through to 5pm.
You will learn in a relaxed environment with a small group of people. A specialist tutor will guide and encourage you through all the learning necessary to develop your skills and questions are always welcome.
