Detailed course content
At the end of the course you will:
- Have a full understanding of the process and techniques needed to enable you to create a detailed project plan using appropriate project planning techniques including timescales, resources, costs and responsibilities.
- Understand how SMART objectives and targets are used to cover the whole project and you will be able to use project evaluation techniques to thoroughly evaluate your project which draws clear and detailed conclusions and presents full and realistic recommendations.

This one day course is aligned to the ILM Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management.
ILM Unit: 8600-320
Credits: 2
What accreditations will I gain?
This unit can be taken to gain additional credits by passing a criteria based assignment. The credits gained can to be used towards a further ILM Level 3 qualification.
- If you have between 4 and 12 credits at level 3 you have an Award.
- Between 13 and 36 credits at level 3 gains you a Certificate.
- 37 credits or over gains you a Diploma at level 3.
Most people undertaking the accredited element of this course will already be registered with ILM.
