This course is for Project Managers, Team Managers and Team members who have responsibility for or involvement in managing projects
Project Management experience and experience working in project teams is advised.
A pass at the PRINCE2 Foundation level (post 2009) or current certificates in one of the following (documentary proof will be required) ;
- PMI Project Management Professional(PMP)
- PMI Certified Associate in Project Management(CAPM)
- IPMA Level A
- IPMA Level B
- IPMA Level C
- IPMA Level D

Some pre-read material is provided prior to the course, which is expected to be fully read and studied before attending the course. This is an intensive course and some evening work will be required during the course.

- PRINCE2 Principles – Continued business justification, Learn from experience, Defined roles and responsibilities, Manage by stages, Manage by exception, Focus on products and Tailor to suit the needs of the project environment
- PRINCE2 processes – Starting Up a Project, Initiating a Project, Directing a Project, Controlling a Stage, Managing Product Delivery, Managing Stage Boundaries and Closing a Project
- PRINCE2 Themes – Business Case, Organization, Quality, Plans, Risk, Change and Progress
- Examination technique for the exam
The accredited PRINCE2 / MSP / Agile courses are delivered in association with Insights, an Accredited Training Organisation.

PRINCE2 Practitioner exam - Taken online at a date / time you choose
- Objective testing
- 68 questions per paper
- 38 marks or more required to pass (out of 68 available): approximately 55%
- Two-and-a-half hours’ (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time
- Open book exam (official PRINCE2 manual only).
Please note that the PeopleCert (The Examination Institute) require every candidate’s identification to be verified by the examination invigilator. You will be required to produce some photographic identification before being allowed to take the exam.
The course runs from 9:00am to 5:00pm (Thursday) and 9:00am to 12.30pm (Friday).
You will learn in a relaxed environment with a small group of people. A specialist tutor will guide and encourage you through all the learning necessary to develop your skills and questions are always welcome.
