Within our jobs, we all need to do some sort of business writing. This course is designed as an introduction to help those who need to do business writing to help them improve their writing skills. Its aim is to improve spelling, grammar, punctuation and use of plain language.
We will mainly concentrate on writing emails, letters, reports and work towards keeping in mind who we are writing for.We will aim to use a logical structure and presenting our information in a professional manner.
At the end of the course, delegates will have developed the necessary skills to communicate ideas in a clear, concise and effective way. The course is highly interactive.
