Within our jobs, we all need to do some sort of business writing. This course is designed as an introduction to help those who need to do business writing to utilise their writing skills appropriately within the working environment. Its aim is to guide participants to communicate more effectively and efficiently.
We will concentrate on writing emails, letters and reports, while keeping in mind who we are writing for and the effects we intend our communication to have. We will explore the importance of planning and following a logical structure and we will examine how to present our information in a professional manner.
At the end of the course, delegates will have developed the necessary skills to communicate ideas in a clear, concise and effective way. The course runs from 9:30am through to 4:30pm.
