How is it assessed?
APM PMQ exam - Taken online after training has been completed. Details of how to book yourself onto the exam will be given to you on the first day of training.
The APM Project Management Qualification is assessed through a 2.5 hour online exam. The exam includes 40 questions worth a total of 90 marks, covering all learning objectives in the syllabus. The question types include:
Multiple response (20 questions worth 1 mark each)
Select from list (5 questions worth 2 marks each)
Short response (5 questions worth 2 marks each)
Long response (10 questions worth 5 marks each)
There is an optional break of up to 30 minutes between the two parts of the exam.
Online exam requirements:
You will need access to a laptop/PC to complete your online exam.

Results are received within 6-8 weeks. Learners are notified that their results are available on the APM candidate portal by email. Upon successful completion, candidates will receive a PDF certificate and have access to a downloadable digital badge which can be used as a sign of success.
