IOSH Assessment
At the end of the course there is a closed book assessment consisting of 20 questions.
IOSH Project
As part of this course, you will complete a health risk assessment project - usually within your own work environment. The completed project has to be submitted to Jarrold Training within 14 days of completing the course. The project should be completed using the IOSH project template, the 5 x 5 risk
rating calculator and action level table.
To be eligible for an Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing certificate delegates must:
- attend all four sections of the training course
- achieve the minimum mark on the multi-format assessment paper – this is 25 out of 41
- achieve the minimum mark on the project – this is 26 out of 44, with at least one full risk row on the health risk assessment (Part A) and one full risk row on the health action plan (Part B) being correctly completed
- have a total score of 51 or more.
The course runs from 9:30am through to 4:30pm. Refreshments are available from 9am.
