Course overview
Project is very customisable. For example, there are 390 user defined fields, and these can be used to build custom tables and reports. This allows project to be tailored to the organisation, a specific project or the way you as an individual prefer to work.
Managing central resource pools used across multiple projects is also covered with master and sub-projects allowing a programme manager to track a number of different projects.
This course is often run for a specific organisation, allowing a degree of tailoring to match their approved approach to managing projects.
