This course is for Project Managers, Team Managers and Team members who have responsibility for or involvement in managing projects.
Project Management experience and experience working in project teams. Some pre-read material is provided prior to the event, which is expected to be fully read and studied before attending the course. The Foundation exam must have been passed since 2009 to attend the final two days of the course. This is an intensive course and some evening work will be required.

PRINCE2 Foundation exam - Taken online at a date / time you choose
- Multiple choice questions
- 60 questions per paper
- 36 marks required (out of 60 available) to pass: 60%
- One hour's (60 minutes) duration

PRINCE2 Practitioner exam - Taken online at a date / time you choose
- Objective testing
- 70 questions per paper
- 42 marks or more required to pass (out of 70 available): 60%
- Two-and-a-half hours’ (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time
- Open book. Delegates are permitted to use the official printed hard copy of the PRINCE2® 7 Managing Successful Projects. The official manual may be annotated and tabulated but no sticky notes and loose leaf papers containing additional notes will be allowed.
Please note that the PeopleCert (The Examination Institute) require every candidate’s identification to be verified by the examination invigilator. You will be required to produce some photographic identification before being allowed to take the exam.
Starting 2023, all PeopleCert Global Best Practice certifications will need to be renewed after 3 years.

The course runs from 9:00am to 5:00pm (Monday - Thursday) and 9:00am to 12.30pm (Friday).
You will learn in a relaxed environment with a small group of people. A specialist tutor will guide and encourage you through all the learning necessary to develop your skills and questions are always welcome.
