SQL Server hosts the data for many business applications across small, medium and large enterprises. The SQL databases could be hosted on a local SQL Server or on Azure SQL (Microsoft's cloud platform). While this course is designed with a local SQL Server in mind, much of it is entirely relevant to Azure SQL too.
We tend to install the most recent version of SQL on the course, but other versions can often be catered for on request.
You will learn how to install and configure; work with and backup/restore databases; import and export data; authenticating users and work with server and database roles.
