Forefront is our ILM Leadership and Management course for new or aspiring leaders in the workplace.

Our June/July cohort were filmed by our newest member of the team, Ivana, who made this short video.

It captures some of the atmosphere of our ‘final session’ where the delegates graduate, with a speech, in front of their line managers and supporters.

Forefront takes people on a learning journey from various starting points, of experience, sectors, backgrounds but what we always find is that learning from others and their perspective really supports the individual to develop.

While all of our learners are lovely, this group were particularly pleasant. They built a great team together, supported each other, challenged when necessary and solved real problems in their own organisations. Workforce development of this nature is truly rewarding.

Elliot, the course coach, was extremely proud of their development and the commitments they made to embedding the learning in the workplace for the future.

They truly did learn, develop and became brilliant.
