We are thrilled to announce that we have been named as a finalist in the EDP Business Awards 2023 for CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE.

To say the team is thrilled would be an understatement, as customer excellence is at the heart of everything we do, it’s literally in our DNA!

Everyday our team go above and beyond to ensure every customer’s needs are not just met, but exceeded. From the welcoming atmosphere at our beautiful grade 1 listed building, to the expertise they get in the training rooms in-person and virtually, we really do pride ourself in creating a learning atmosphere that inspires and delivers. The team of judges for the Customer Excellence award commented that “the team’s passion is palpable” and “the culture of continuous growth they’ve cultivated is noteworthy”.

The awards event, set for Thursday, 23rd November, promises to be an enjoyable evening, and we couldn’t be prouder to be representing our region and the fantastic businesses Norfolk has to offer. Time for us to dust off the glad rags and get ready for the event of the season because whatever the outcome on the night, it’s one not to miss! We hope to see you there!
