"I had no expectation or experience of 1:1 coaching and went into it open minded but apprehensive. From the moment the first session started I felt reassured that it was a confidential safe space to discuss anything and everything and would work at the pace it needed to progress through issues. I had been feeling that I had hit the ceiling professionally, the idea's and drive just wasn't flowing as easily, I was at a crossroads of taking a promotion or changing my path completely. By session three I was reinvigorated, more confident, had a clear picture of what I wanted and how to achieve it. My drive and focus has improved to actually reach and exceed those targets. Each session had taken a different format through discussion, laughter and the occasional tear. I have learned new techniques, worked through some difficult situations which has improved my teams performance as I have more clarity of thought to guide and lead them. I would definitely recommend 1:1 coaching. It has been beneficial to me personally and professionally. I will continue to use coaching as a performance tool for the rest of my career."
