After starting her career in Marketing, Stephanie became a childminder, gaining the grade of Outstanding from Ofsted.  Stephanie has since worked in education and training for more than 17 years.  Starting as an assessor and verifier, then qualifying as a lecturer in further education and gaining qualified teacher status with QTLS.

Stephanie’s teaching career was extensively undertaken in a further education college and other training providers, delivering programmes from entry level to level 5, to learners with varying backgrounds, ages and needs.  Through her work in a large FE college, Stephanie began managing a team of assessors and verifiers serving the local area, later growing this team to cover the whole UK as geographical demand grew when larger clients came on board.  Stephanie has experienced managing a delivery team through the changes from NVQ’s to RQF’s and apprenticeship frameworks to standards.

Stephanie supported many businesses to embrace the apprenticeship levy and progressed from managing operations and delivery to specialising in sales and account management, working with businesses UK wide.  After launching a successful Corporate Partner scheme for a not-for-profit Further Education organisation, Stephanie joined Jarrold Training in 2023 as Head of Sales, to develop training and development opportunities in the wider East of England and beyond.
