Richard is a charity trustee and non-executive director with expertise in finance and sustainability. Former chair of ISEP, the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals, he has supported and promoted the sector across more than 125 countries. Richard also tutors and examines on several accredited programmes and provides consultancy to organisations, drawing on extensive experience in both the corporate and charitable sectors.

As a trustee of the Norfolk Wildlife Trust and Learning by Heart, Richard contributes to charities focused on environmental and social sustainability, and he sits on the National Trust’s ‘Fit for the Future’ board.

Previous to his current portfolio of work, Richard was responsible for finance and sustainability at Adnams PLC, helping to drive through their award winning sustainability programmes.

Richard is a qualified accountant and ISEP fellow.
