Karen is our Client Liaison and brings energy, warmth and a genuine passion for excellent customer care to everything she does. Often the first friendly face our delegates and clients meet, she loves connecting with people and making sure everyone feels welcome, looked after and in safe hands.

A natural people person and brilliant networker, Karen thrives in a busy environment and is always on the go. Alongside supporting our clients and delegates, she organises our charity events and is an active member of the Jarrold Colleague Council, helping to bring people together across the wider business.

Her energy is pretty legendary within the team. Our very own Duracell Bunny, Karen is always finding something to organise, someone to help or a new connection to make.

Outside work, she enjoys keeping active at the gym, travelling and exploring the countryside.
