Joyce is our resident Microsoft Office expert. Having started with Jarrold in a client services role, she returned to her original career of training, over 10 years ago, specialising in Microsoft Office products. She has a B. Ed. in History with Maths, loves learning and applies a rigorous structure to her course development. Combine this with her highly supportive & caring coaching style and it’s clear why delegates enjoy a great training experience with her. Whether in the classroom or in post training support conversations, she is always keen to help and encourage learning.
