Charlie is our resident Microsoft Office & Server technology expert. He has over 25 years of experience as an IT trainer with a specific interest in Microsoft products.

He has a high level of technical knowledge, loves learning and really enjoys taking Microsoft exams – 15 so far. He is currently a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist for Windows and Exchange Servers. He holds Prince2 Practitioner and APM Fundamentals project management qualifications and has a BEng Hons in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Charlie’s role combines training and consultancy, and he also manages our internal IT infrastructure. He is a great listener, loves a technical challenge and enjoys working with clients on in-company Microsoft Office consultancy projects.
