Charlie is Jarrold Training’s Microsoft, digital and IT specialist, bringing more than 25 years’ experience as a trainer alongside extensive technical and consultancy expertise.

Specialising in Microsoft technologies, Charlie delivers training across Microsoft Office, Power BI and digital skills, helping people use technology more confidently and effectively at work. He also delivers Project Management training, bringing together his technical background with recognised project management principles and practical application.

Charlie’s role extends beyond the training room. He works directly with organisations on bespoke Microsoft and IT consultancy projects, helping clients understand technical challenges, improve how they use their systems and find practical solutions.

A committed learner himself, Charlie has completed 15 Microsoft examinations and holds Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist credentials for Windows and Exchange Servers. He also holds PRINCE2 Practitioner and APM Fundamentals project management qualifications, alongside a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Charlie also manages Jarrold Training’s internal IT infrastructure, keeping his technical knowledge firmly grounded in real-world application. A great listener who genuinely enjoys a technical challenge, he has a particular ability to make complex technology understandable and useful, whatever someone’s starting point.
