Record numbers on our Management courses
During 2016 we were delighted to welcome over 80 Managers and Directors onto our Team Leader Development and Senior Management Development courses, and we already have over 50 people joining our Spring 2017 courses.
Training is one of those sectors which ‘feels’ the shifts of attitude caused by economic change, however, despite the recent uncertainty, we have found a continuing interest in Management Development.
So what might have caused our recent Management Programmes to fill up and future ones for the first half of 2017 to be fully booked?
Well, we would obviously like to think that it is down to the superb content, the delivery, the opportunity to network with peers from other organisations and a wonderful venue to learn in….but it really isn’t just that.
There has been European funding available for training, via ETIP and this has been a great catalyst for investment decisions; although the scheme has now sadly closed. The enduring theme to the discussions we are having with clients is that they wish to invest in their people to develop and retain the Management skills needed for long term business improvement.
There is very much an attitude of ‘getting on with it’ in the air. The zeitgeist is one of ‘can-do’ from our perspective. While we have seen declines in some sectors, hit particularly hard by the macro economic conditions, there are many others who are thriving and busier than ever.
Overall though, the desire to attend trusted, application-based Management Training courses, with a recognised accreditation that enhances and embeds the learning, will always be popular. We look forward to working with your people and help them to Learn, Develop and Be Brilliant.
