The November / December ILM level 3 Forefront cohort was an interesting mix of delegates from a diverse range of industries.

We saw individuals from areas such as managed IT services, to bespoke jewellery, to manufacturers of heavy industrial excavator attachments, to hi-tech marine communication devices.

The group soon became a team as they learned together, shared stories of their successes with application of models and insights in the real world…and importantly, derived substantial personal benefit as a result.

There were some classic moments of humour and learning. We laughed, we cried, we learnt.
