What is Insights Discovery?
A psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, Insights Discovery is designed to help people understand themselves and connect better with others. It provides a valuable framework for self-awareness and how you may be perceived.

Guidelines for completing your Insights Discovery® Personal Profile
As part of the booking process, you will be given a referral code to use when you complete your profile. If you have not received a referral code from Jarrold Training, please speak to your Trainer / Coach or call 01603 677107.
- Allow 20 minutes of uninterrupted time
- Read and follow the detailed instructions
- When entering your name, type it in the exact style that you wish it to appear in the text of the profile. (i.e. upper and lower case and the first name you usually use)
- Enter the referral code given to you by Jarrold Training. Any profiles completed without the correct referral code will not be processed.
