Forefront Festive Fun
Jarrold Training threw a party for 2017 graduates of our Forefront Leadership and Management training course on December 20th.
Graduates were invited for some fun and festive frolics, to meet old friends and make new ones.
However, there was a bit of a twist, and party goers were ‘forced’ to wear coloured party hats based on their Insights Discovery Jungian preferences! They then played party games with a Management Training slant and our coaches and assessors watched with glee as behavioural traits and characters were displayed whilst donning the colour cones!
In all seriousness though, it was a party and a pleasure to see delegates again in a festive setting.
