This course is designed for those people who are currently using Microsoft Word and in particular those working with long documents. It covers subjects such as styles - what they are, how to use them, how to create your own or modify existing ones. Once we have used heading styles we will be able to use them to create a Table of Contents. At the opposite end of the document we show you how to easily create an index. Within the document we will also make use of footnotes and endnotes.
Another popular subject is Track Changes and how to make sure you don't leave them in a document when it is distributed! We will also show you how to combine similar documents which many people prefer to Track Changes.
Finally we look at using and managing pictures within a document plus WordArt.
It's a hands on day with plenty of new content for you to use in your daily work.
