The online PRINCE2 Foundation course is your ideal starting point if you are working or plan to work on a PRINCE2 project team. Many of our delegates take the Foundation course with the aim of applying their PRINCE2 knowledge at work. They then go on to study the PRINCE2 Practitioner course at a later date after gaining more experience of PRINCE2.
It is desirable but not essential that participants have some experience of working on projects.
There is no classroom tuition on this course, so it is ideal if you’re a busy professional looking to study at your own pace.
The following subjects will be covered during the online course:
- The relationship between a project and its Business Case.
- Detailed explanation of the PRINCE2® Principles, Themes and Processes.
- Roles and associated tasks and responsibilities, within a PRINCE2® project.
- The management of Risks and Issues in a project
- Structure and contents of a product focused project plan.
- The management of a project relative to the project plan.
- Definition, management and acceptance of work packages.
The accredited PRINCE2 online courses are run in association with Knowledge Train, an Accredited Training Organisation.
The Foundation course consists of 15 self-paced interactive video lessons, covering the full Foundation syllabus. After completing all the lessons, you can book to take your Foundation exam online, or at our training centre in central London.
