What is coaching?
A coach helps you to move your life forward and find fulfilment, success, well-being and happiness. They can help you to pinpoint the blocks or obstacles that are making you feel “stuck” and help you to move through them.
A coach helps you to deal with stressful situations more effectively, have greater physical and emotional wellbeing, be more clear on your goals so that you can accomplish them more easily and make new changes to bring you greater rewards.
So whether you want to be better with your time management, increase motivation, be more focused, assert yourself or improve your confidence in certain areas of work or life then coaching can help you.
This 30 minute 1:1 session is held with Matt Reed who is our Business and Management Skills trainer and is also a highly experienced coach and hypnotherapist.
