Course overview
This programme provides the route to attaining benchmark British Quality Foundation Yellow Belt Certification. It provides an introduction to the Lean Six Sigma approach and tools, equipping delegates to be members of improvement teams and to lead small improvement projects themselves.
This is an interactive-workshop style course with lots of discussion and learn-by-doing group activities. The programme is delivered live over Zoom by experienced Master Black Belt instructors. We use a wide variety of techniques to create an engaging, participative and fun experience for learners including breakout room exercises, plls/quizzes, online collaboration tools, hands-on exercises and live discussions. Learning by doing in the virtual world!
All our courses are delivered by highly experienced and approved trainers with many years experience. This course is delivered in association with Catalyst Consulting Ltd, a partner in the Lean Six Sigma Academy.

How is it assessed?
You will need to pass a 1 hour multiple choice open book exam with 25 questions. The exam is completed online following the training and can be done at any time to suit you. We do advise completing the exam as soon as possible after the training for optimum success.
Results are received immediately on completion of the exam. In the event of a delegate not reaching the 80% pass mark we also offer some feedback from the trainer and a free resit.
An electronic certificate will be emailed to you along with instructions of how to take full advantage of your digital certificate. Electronic certificates can be added to LinkedIn, shared via social media or downloaded as a PDF.
