The Insights Discovery Accreditation (or IDA) course, will teach you everything you need to know about working with Insights Discovery; however, it is assumed that you will have one to two years' of facilitation and/or coaching experience already.
You will also need to know a little bit about Insights Discovery, having attended a workshop or had a coaching session with their your profile. Some knowledge of other psychometric tools or theories is really useful, too. We recommend attending one of the following courses to ensure you are aware of the system prior to this course:
