You can become a Client Practitioner or a Licenced Practitioner depending on whether you only wish to provide Discovery within your own organisation (Client), or be able to work with many (Licenced).
You can attend the Insights Discovery Accreditation Course (IDA) run by The Insights Group Ltd either virtually or at a location of your choice.
Following completion, you’ll work with Jarrold Training as your distributor to create and access profiles, benefit from existing material and be able to work with our Licensed Practitioners in a collaborative and supportive way.

Is this course right for you?
The Insights Discovery Accreditation (or IDA) course, will teach you everything you need to know about working with Discovery; however it is assumed that you will have one to two years' facilitation and/or coaching experience already.
You will also need to know a little bit about Insights Discovery, having attended a workshop or had a coaching session with their profile. Some knowledge of other psychometric tools or theories is really useful, too.
