This course is designed for current and aspiring leaders who:
- Regularly manage teams or projects where honest feedback and communication are essential
- Struggle to communicate effectively when handling difficult or sensitive conversations
- Shy away from conflict, rather than dealing with the situation in an appropriate manner, for the benefit of the team and individuals.
- Want to build a culture of honesty and integrity through effective appraisals and feedback.
The course runs from 9:30am through to 4:30pm.
You will learn in a relaxed environment with a small group of people. A specialist tutor will guide and encourage you through all the learning necessary to develop your skills and questions are always welcome.
