Course overview
This one-hour interactive webinar, led by our Leadership and Management trainer Bryony, is designed for leaders and managers who want to understand how mindset influences decision-making, team dynamics, psychological safety and accountability, especially in fast-paced or uncertain environments.
Rather than focusing on theory or motivational soundbites, we’ll explore what growth mindset looks like in real leadership moments when feedback is challenging, mistakes happen, confidence wobbles, or results matter.
You’ll reflect on how individual reactions can either support or shut down learning in teams, how progress and experimentation drive motivation, and how everyday leadership behaviours shape culture more than any formal initiative.
This session is practical, reflective and highly interactive, with chat-based discussion throughout.
You’ll leave with:
- A clearer understanding of what growth mindset looks like in real leadership moments, especially under pressure
- Insight into how leader behaviour influences team dynamics, psychological safety and accountability
- How leaders can model learning, progress and curiosity without losing authority or credibility
- Simple, realistic and practical leadership behaviours that support adaptability, motivation and sustained performance
This session is suitable for leaders and managers at any level, across all industries.
