Courageous conversations, boundaries and sustainable leadership 

The conversations we avoid rarely go away, they just get more costly. This session is about building the capability and the confidence to have the conversations that matter, manage your energy without self-abandonment, and lead sustainably when pressure and expectation are high. 

We look at what gets in the way of courageous leadership, what it actually costs to keep avoiding it, and what becomes possible on the other side.

• Courageous conversations, a practical toolkit 
• Managing up and across: influencing without direct authority 
• Boundaries as a leadership skill, not a personal preference 
• Sustainable high performance- capacity vs capability 
• Conflict without avoidance or overshooting

Every session is facilitated with a psychologically informed, practically grounded approach. The content is the starting point, the conversation in the room is where the real work happens.
