Psychological safety, inclusion and team culture in practice 

The most technically skilled leaders in the room are not always the most effective ones. This session focuses on the conditions that make teams genuinely perform and the leadership behaviours that create or quietly destroy them. 

We explore psychological safety as a practical leadership skill, look at what inclusion actually looks like in the day-to-day, and examine how to lead teams through change and uncertainty without losing people along the way. We also look at generational differences, what motivates and frustrates different generations in the same team, and how to adapt your style without losing yourself.
