Visibility, authority and leading with impact 

You know what you’re doing. So why does it sometimes feel like the room hasn’t caught up? This session explores what it means to lead with authority, not performance, and how to show up with presence, clarity and impact in the spaces that matter most. 

We look honestly at the patterns that keep capable women playing smaller than they should, and build practical strategies to shift them. We also explore negotiating, not as a high-stakes boardroom skill, but as an everyday leadership tool for asking for what you need, owning your worth and influencing the people and rooms around you.

• Executive presence without performance 
• Visibility, credibility and the ‘double bind’ 
• Negotiation through a gendered lens, asking for what you need 
• Owning your authority in rooms that challenge it 
• Disempowering language patterns and how to shift them

Every session is facilitated with a psychologically informed, practically grounded approach. The content is the starting point, the conversation in the room is where the real work happens.
