We take the safety of our staff and delegates very seriously, so we will continue to monitor the advice and take appropriate measures.
We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and updated it in line with the latest guidance. The results have been shared with the people who work at St James’ Mill
Please do not attend Jarrold Training if you have symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
Lateral Flow Tests
All our trainers and staff take regular lateral flow tests. We would encourage any delegates attending our premises for training to do the same
We provide free secure car and bike parking facilities so you can enjoy your training without worrying about your car or bike.
Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before training. If early, we ask that you please wait outside the building or in your car in the carpark.
Wearing Masks & Social Distancing
Since 4th January, the Government guidance is that face covering should be worn in teaching settings. So, we ask that you please wear a mask in all common areas and during your training. We have disposable face masks available if needed. We ask for you to please maintain a safe distance at all times and throughout the training centre.
Before you join us in the centre we ask you to thoroughly wash your hands and use hand sanitiser. A hand sanitiser point is provided as you enter the training floor (floor 1) and throughout the building.
Please ensure you check-in at our 1st-floor reception each morning of your course.
Centre Cleaning, Hand & Workspace Hygiene
Our building cleaning frequency has been increased to ensure our cleaning standards are COVID secure. We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance.
Windows will be opened in all training rooms for ventilation and all air conditioning units use a fresh air supply. Rooms are flushed with fresh air regularly.
We thank you in advance for your support. You are helping us to maintain a safe environment for everyone attending the training centre.
Stay safe, well, and keep being brilliant!
