The UK Government have confirmed that COVID19 restrictions will be lifted in England on the 19th July, however they have stated that it is vital to proceed with caution. We take the safety of our staff and delegates very seriously, so we will continue to monitor the government’s advice and take appropriate measures.
Steps to safer working together
- we have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and shared the results with the people who work at St James’ Mill
- we have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance
- we have taken all reasonable steps to help people work from home
Please do not attend Jarrold Training if you have symptoms or have been in proximity to someone who has been diagnosed with Coronavirus.
Please advise us if you have attended Jarrold Training and the above apply.

Attending a course at Jarrold Training
We provide free secure car and bike parking facilities so you can enjoy your training without worrying about your car or bike.
Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before training. If early, we ask that you please wait outside the building or in your car in the carpark.
In line with Government guidance, the management of St James Mill have requested that face coverings are still worn in all common areas of the Mill. You are welcome to remove face coverings once you are in the training rooms. We have disposable face masks available if needed.
Before you join us in the centre we ask you to thoroughly wash your hands and use hand sanitiser. A hand sanitiser point is provided as you enter the training floor (floor 1) and throughout the building.
Please ensure you check-in at our 1st floor reception each morning of your course.
If NHS track and trace need to contact you, we will pass on your details to them.
Lunch is provided in individual lunch bags from The Feed (a social enterprise catering business and café). Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
