Jarrold Training are pleased to be supporting Nelson’s Journey, a Norfolk charity that has been helping children and young people cope with bereavement since 1997.

Nelson’s Journey provides support to help children and young people understand and cope with their feelings following a bereavement. The charity also works with professionals across Norfolk, including teachers and health workers, helping to raise awareness and improve understanding of the issues faced by bereaved children.

September 2026 | Quiz Night

Our charity Quiz Night brought together 14 teams for an evening of fun, friendly competition and fundraising for Nelson’s Journey.

Congratulations to St Stephen’s Gate Medical Practice, who took first place after an exciting tie-break, and a huge thank you to everyone who attended, donated, sponsored and supported the event.

Together, we raised a fantastic £1,200+ for Nelson’s Journey, with donations still coming in.

April 2026 | Cakes, Bakes & Hamper Raffle

Thank you to everyone who supported our Spring Cakes, Bakes & Hamper Raffle. Together, we raised a fantastic £514 for Nelson’s Journey, our local charity of the year.

Our hamper winner, Barney Buckley from Jarrold Facilities Management, was presented with a Jarrolds “Taste of Norfolk” Hamper by our IT Trainer, Charlie Abramson.

March 2026 | Easter Egg Delivery to Nelson’s Journey

Leigh-Anne and Karen recently visited Nelson’s Journey in Little Plumstead to deliver 40 Easter eggs generously donated by our staff, delegates and neighbouring businesses.

They also toured the centre and learned more about the charity’s vital work supporting bereaved children and young people across Norfolk. Since 1997, Nelson’s Journey has supported thousands of young people following the death of someone significant.
