Celebrating a Win at the British Training Awards

We are thrilled to share another fantastic achievement!
Following our success at the British HR Awards 2026, we are delighted to celebrate another award-winning partnership with Gressingham Foods.
Gressingham Foods has been awarded the Engineering & Manufacturing Initiative of the Year at the British Training Awards 2026, and we are incredibly proud to have partnered with them to design and deliver the Management Development Programme recognised by the judges.

This year, a record 423 entries were received from organisations across the UK, and so competition to be named a Winner was truly exceptional. Organisations taking part ranged from start-up pioneers to tech unicorns, global titans, not-for-profits and everything in between.
Winners were revealed at a special celebration event in Covent Garden, London, hosted by comedian Lucy Porter. We were also recognised as a Finalist for Training Initiative of the Year (Private Sector).
This recognition reflects the power of investing in people and developing confident, capable leaders who make a lasting impact. The award was presented by Chantal Orlik from The Motivation Agency.

- Lead change within their teams
- Deliver over £1 million in projected savings
Tailored specifically to Gressingham’s business, the programme built more confident leaders, created a consistent leadership approach across multiple sites and embedded a culture of continuous improvement.
“The impact of the training has been remarkable. We have seen clear improvements in the behaviour and attitudes of our managers, as well as significant financial gains. The cost-saving and efficiency projects assigned to staff far exceeded our expectations.”

We are incredibly proud of this partnership and would like to congratulate everyone at Gressingham Foods.
We would also like to congratulate the other exceptional finalists in the Engineering & Manufacturing Initiative of the Year category. It is an honour to be recognised alongside so many organisations delivering outstanding learning and development programmes that are making a genuine difference.

As Nate Harwood, Founder of New Possible and the British Training Awards, said:
