We are delighted to announce that Gressingham Foods, in partnership with Jarrold Training, has been named a Finalist in the British Training Awards 2026 in the category of Training Initiative of the Year (Private Sector).

With a record 423 entries submitted by organisations across the UK, competition for a place on this year’s shortlist was exceptionally strong. Being named a finalist is a significant achievement and reflects the success and impact of our collaborative learning and development initiative.

The British Training Awards celebrate excellence in learning and development, recognising organisations and teams that are delivering outstanding results through innovative training programmes and people-focused strategies. We are proud that our shared commitment to developing talent, building capability, and driving organisational success has been recognised by the judging panel.

This achievement reflects the dedication and hard work of everyone involved in the programme.
