Jarrold Training recently welcomed 18 second and third year students from the School of Economics at the University of East Anglia.

Georgios Papadopoulos – Lecturer in Econometrics and Employability Director at the School of Economics, contacted us earlier this year to arrange some training for students to bring their Excel skills inline with business training for future employability.

The training brought together key topics identified from our Excel Advanced Level 1 and Excel Advanced Level 2 courses for delivery as a single day course. The advantage of bespoke training is the cost effectiveness and speed at which people can be trained, BUT it has to cover the right topics at the right level. Definitely worth the time taken going back and forth to establish these details well before the training day. Thank you to Georgios for being so responsive to our email and pro-active in communicating with students in the planning and delivery stages of the training, it made all the difference.

While we work with other parts of the UEA, providing a wide range of training, its not often we provide training for the students. It was good to meet the next generation of people who will work at the heart of our financial institutions and will be running finance offices around the world.
