Course Aims:

This course is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills needed to use a PC with Windows, use the Internet and send and receive email.

In particular, delegates will learn how to use a mouse, how to run and handle applications, how to manage folders and files and how to customise their PC. In addition delegates will learn how to look up web sites using Internet Explorer and how to send and read eMails.

Assumed Knowledge:

No prior knowledge of a PC or Windows is required.
